Job summary

Jimmy John's Sandwiches in Florida is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. You will help ensure the store is in exceptional order and that all employees perform duties properly and efficiently, leading by example with 100% integrity.

As a candidate you should bring an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive attitude and be ready to manage fast-paced conditions while guiding the team toward consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a 40 hour week.
• Basic understanding of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store.
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees.
