Job summary

Jack’s in Florence, Alabama is hiring a friendly, team-focused leader to help run daily shifts and deliver warm, southern hospitality to guests and teammates alike.

You’ll train, coach, and develop crew members, partner with the General Manager to hit daily goals, and create a fun, respectful work environment. The role offers growth opportunities, paid training, and a starting pay up to $880 per week based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic and guest-focused.
• Experience in quick-service hospitality preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, assisting and working alongside crew members.
