Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
• Provide motivating feedback to team members.
• Manage employee schedules to ensure smooth store functioning.
• Handle inventory management, including ordering and stocking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Support financial management tasks.
• Step in for the Store Manager when needed to ensure continuous operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with liability insurance.
• Flexible schedule to work various shifts and days.
• Fluent in English with basic math skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Willingness to learn and, if in Tennessee, to complete Topshelf Manager Training.
