Culver’s in Fishers, Indiana, is seeking a dedicated restaurant manager to lead shifts and motivate the team to deliver Culver’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
You will open/close on a rotating schedule, coach staff on safety, train all positions, and ensure proper product quality, inventory control, and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
Runs shifts efficiently and continually motivates team members to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver’s® leaves happy.
