Culver’s in Greenfield, IN is seeking a dedicated restaurant manager to lead daily operations and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
As a shift manager, you will open/close on a rotating schedule, supervise service quality, safety, and cleanliness, and coach team members to uphold Culver’s standards. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
Runs shifts efficiently and continually motivates team members to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver’s® leaves happy.
