Job summary

Zaxby’s in the Indianapolis area is seeking an Assistant Manager to help ensure guests have outstanding experiences while upholding operating standards. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, guiding the team to follow all processes, policies, and procedures.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Leadership experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Available to work full-time a minimum of 5 days and 40 hours a week
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
