Job summary

KF in Missouri is seeking an assistant manager to partner with the Restaurant General Manager on success metrics and to lead the restaurant team to reach goals. You will own the guest experience, ensure friendly interactions, a clean restaurant, and hot, fresh meals.

You will grow and mentor the team through training and hiring, effectively communicate goals, promotions, and business updates, and help maintain a positive, collaborative family environment that reflects KF’s values and standards.
