Job summary

KF is seeking an Assistant Manager for a KFC franchise location in Michigan. The role partners with the Restaurant General Manager to drive key metrics, lead the team, and ensure guest satisfaction with friendly service, clean facilities, and hot, fresh meals.

You will mentor team members through training and hiring, communicate goals and promotions, and foster a positive, collaborative workplace that reflects KFC values and a fast-paced dining environment.
