Job summary

KFC is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Restaurant General Manager and guide the team toward achieving performance targets. You will own the guest experience, ensure a clean dining area and hot, fresh meals, and mentor staff through training and hiring initiatives.

As a leadership role in a fast-paced, franchise-owned restaurant, you will reinforce KFC values, lead by example, and communicate objectives and promotions to ensure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction.
