Job summary

Chico’s in Fairview Heights, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in building a strong team and delivering a seamless customer experience. You will help drive sales, manage daily operations, and maintain brand standards on the sales floor.

The role requires leadership abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes an hourly pay range with opportunities for growth within the company.

• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.

About the role

Must be at least 18 years old.

3 years of retail management experience preferred.

Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
