Job summary

Broadway Restaurant Group in the United States seeks a hands-on Assistant Manager to oversee daily Burger King operations, develop leaders, and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will manage staff, ensure food safety, and maintain cleanliness while driving sales and high guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has prior management experience in hospitality, and can lead by example to grow a strong team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the restaurant.
• Ability to effectively make decisions under pressure, while delegating tasks appropriately.

• Prior Assistant Manager or Management Experience
