Pizza Hut is seeking an experienced assistant manager to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will train and motivate staff, ensure service quality, and execute safety standards while supporting the Restaurant Manager in hiring and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations, ensuring product quality.
• Ensure safety codes and company safety policy are met.
• Assist Profit & Loss management through cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reviews.
• Assist Restaurant Manager in recruiting and hiring team members.
• Conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary actions; motivate and train staff.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and grounds via preventative maintenance.
• Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Execute corporate and local marketing plans timely.
• Have authority to hire and fire or participate in those decisions.
• Champion recognition and motivation efforts.

Requirements
