Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to focus on guest experience, serving great food, keeping the restaurant clean, controlling inventory, scheduling staff, and upholding safety standards.

You will supervise a staff of 4–12, assist in planning events and promotions, arrange training as needed, and help with product ordering and inventory to ensure smooth operations.

This full‑time/part‑time role offers shift flexibility by location, with compensation to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable.

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
