Job summary

Freddy's is excited to welcome a dedicated restaurant manager to lead daily operations and uphold Freddy's hospitality standards.

You will manage guest experiences, staff scheduling, inventory and labor costs, and use data to drive performance and identify KPIs. This role offers growth and a comprehensive benefits package in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication with guests, team, and managers.
• Ability to manage inventory, schedules, and labor optimization.
• Experience using data to measure performance and KPIs.
• Experience with financial statements, profit and loss statements and expense reporting.
• Proficient with typical desktop software programs and restaurant operating systems.

• Ensure overall team commitment to Freddy's standards of Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness
• Handle and resolve guest issues with the commitment to satisfactory resolution
• Provide guidance to other employees with an emphasis on operational excellence
• Focus on efficiencies in production, labor and food costs

• Maintain good vendor relations
• Promote the delivery and rollout of new products, marketing initiatives, technology, operational programs and procedures
• Support strategies to ensure operational progress, sales growth and employee retention
• Other responsibilities as assigned within the scope of the position

Required Skills and Experience

Physical Requirements (including but not limited to)

Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends – 40–50 hours per week; Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions; Required to lift up to 50 pounds during the course of a workday; Require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder.
