Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee all store operations.
- Recruit and develop a skilled and enthusiastic store team.
- Provide motivating feedback to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage employee schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle inventory management, including ordering and stocking.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Oversee financial aspects to drive store success.
- Step in for the Store Manager when needed to ensure continuity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Access to a vehicle and liability insurance on it.
- Flexible to work various shifts and days.
- Fluent in English with basic math skills.
- Willing to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
