Chestnut Land Company, the largest domestic Auntie Anne’s franchise partner, is seeking an Assistant Manager at Auntie Anne’s Pretzels in the North Georgia Premium Outlets. You will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and team leadership to maintain Auntie Anne’s Three-Fold Philosophy.

About The Role

Auntie Anne’s is famous for our fresh, golden-brown soft pretzels served with a smile! Working alongside or in the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager helps lead the overall supervision and daily operations of the store. In this role, you will focus on maintaining Auntie Anne’s "Three-Fold Philosophy" while maximizing performance, team morale, and store profitability.
