Arby’s Cranberry is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to help hire and train team members, ensure policy adherence, resolve customer issues, and lead the team. You will organize schedules and work closely with the store manager to drive excellent guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have a consistent work history and prior senior staff or assistant manager experience, with a passion for customer service and mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to stand for an extended period.
• At least 1 year of comparable management experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated with ability to lead by example and ambition to advance to GM.

Responsibilities

• Food safety, guest safety, team safety.
• Ensuring company policies are followed.
• Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
• Hiring, training and developing new employees.
• Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.

You will also assist in making sure the team adheres to company policies, resolving customer complaints, leading the team, and organizing the team schedule. To be a great fit for this role you should have a consistent work history and previous experience as a senior staff member or as an Assistant Manager. A passion for customer service and team mentoring is also a plus.
