Your Key Responsibilities

As the Assistant Manager, you’ll take ownership of:

  • Leadership: Be the go-to person for shop operations during the Operations Manager’s days off, ensuring smooth and successful shifts.
  • Team Building: Train, coach, and motivate your team to exceed expectations and celebrate their successes.
  • Customer Experience: Create memorable moments by modeling exceptional service and hospitality every day.
  • Operations: Oversee everything from cash handling and cleanliness to shop projects and shift planning.
  • Communication: Be a respectful and effective communicator, sharing company goals and feedback with clarity and professionalism.
What We're Looking For

We want someone who is:

  • Customer-Focused: You’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a story to tell.
  • Level-Headed: Maintain composure and good judgment in busy times.
  • Driven: A self-starter who takes pride in their work and looks for opportunities to grow.
  • Knowledgeable: Understand the importance of allergens, ingredients, and food safety.
The Perks
  • Competitive Pay: $15.83 – $18.00/hour, depending on experience.
  • Additional Compensation: Tips
  • Flexible Hours: Mostly Evening/Closing shifts with 30–40 hours/week availability. (4p-11pm with two days off per week on average)
