Job summary

Little Caesars in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor/Assistant General Manager to support the GM in all restaurant activities.

You will train staff, schedule, enforce safety and quality standards, manage payroll and invoices, control costs, and interact with guests to ensure outstanding service.

• Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste=
• Appraising staff performance
• Interviewing/recruiting new employees
• Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
