Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running a busy, guest-focused restaurant in Idaho. You will help lead a team, optimize daily operations, and maintain high food quality and cleanliness standards.

With at least two years in quick service and prior supervision, you will contribute to profit goals and staff development while upholding Five Guys' culture of teamwork and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in the quick service industry.
• A minimum of two years experience supervising others.
• A high school education is required.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in effectively and efficiently managing a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the Company to ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization and development of high-performing work teams which consist of shift managers and team members. This position reports to the General Manager. Qualifications include: at least two years of experience in the quick service industry, a minimum of two years experience supervising others and a high school education.
