Panera Bread Countryside in Clearwater, FL is seeking a hands-on Manager to lead daily operations on the floor, work closely with the team in production, prep, dining, baking, and guest service, and ensure food quality and guest satisfaction.

Our managers arefully hands‑on. You’ll work side‑by‑side with your team in production, prep, dining, baking, and guestservice. We don’t lead from the office — we lead from the floor.

Compensation & Schedule:

• HourlyPaid
• FullTime 40-45 hours a week pending on position
