European Wax Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to work with the Center Sales Leader to ensure guests have an exceptional experience while driving KPI metrics. The role emphasizes coaching, daily operations, and driving sales with an uncapped commission structure.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of retail/sales leadership, outstanding customer service, and strong communication and coaching abilities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of retail/sales experience (required).
• Proven success as an effective sales leader.
• Exceptional customer service and social skills including the ability to communicate effectively in all situations including guest relations, conflict resolution, individual coaching and group presentations

Responsibilities

• Coach Front Desk Associates to achieve a center sales goal, in collaboration with the Center Sales Leader.
• Drive center and individual metrics through effective trained processes.
• Infuse the team with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages ideas with the Center Manager.
• Create visual tracking and analytical reports.
• Assist in all aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends.
• Be self-motivated, accountable, punctual, organized and lead by example.

About the Role:

The Assistant Team Leader is responsible for working along with the Center Sales Leader to ensure every guest has an exceptionable experience while driving the center's

KPI metrics. Our Core Purpose is to help people feel more confident about themselves.
