You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and guest experience while overseeing daily operations, merchandising, events, and team development. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, at least one year of supervisory and customer service experience, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail supervisory experience of 1 year or more.
• Customer service experience of 1 year or more.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse the Customer CARE program to drive sales and connect with customers.
• Support Store Manager to manage operations, events, shipments, merchandising.
• Assist in staff development and training on products and processes.
• Lead professionally in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Learn and use the point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory, sales, and markdowns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Assistant Store Manager Key Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store in which you lead by example to drive retail sales by genuinely connecting with the customer, building relationships, and earning her business.
• Belief that the customer always comes first and is the most important individual to our business.
• Assist Store Manager at efficiently managing the general operations of the store including, but not limited to event planning, shipment processing and merchandising, seamless orders, promotion management, etc.
• Assist manager in developing and training staff of new products and processes.
• Command a professional and unbiased leadership style, especially in absence of the store manager.
• Ability to learn and be efficient with our point-of-sale software system to ensure accuracy with inventory, sales, and markdowns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
