Job summary

Westaff in Cascade, MT seeks an Assistant Manager for a beautiful lodge. This permanent position supports guest services, reservations, and overall operations in a remote lodge setting.

You will coordinate staff shifts, manage guest itineraries and fishing trips, maintain social media, and assist with housekeeping as needed. Growth into General Manager is possible; strong hospitality and Office skills are valued, with pay $20–$27/hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Hospitality degree is a bonus.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with popular social media sites.
• Familiar with vehicle maintenance and building maintenance.
• Be detail-oriented and proactive.

• Scheduling staff shifts.
• Document fishing licenses and coordinate fishing trips.

Pay:

$20 – 27/hourDOE

Schedule:

• March – October: 7 days a week (60 – 90 hours/week)

• November – April: 5 days a week (20 – 35 hours/week)

What You Will Do:
