Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the General Manager to deliver high-quality cakes, create a warm, welcoming environment, and provide a superior guest experience. The role shares in team leadership and collaborates with the GM to drive sales and bakery profitability while executing day-to-day responsibilities in line with NbC standards.

Franchise location with flexible shifts; training will be provided; bilingual Spanish is a plus, and 18+ years old applicants

Qualifications

• Culinary training preferred but not necessary or 2 years post-secondary education or management experience.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant, or food service environment, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience and coaching others to do the same, training new team members, directing the work of others.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must be 18 Years old.

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Assistant Manager works alongside the General Manager and team members to create the highest-quality cakes, a warm, welcoming environment, and superior guest experience. The Assistant Manager shares in team leadership and collaborates with the General Manager in driving sales and profitability, executing day-to-day responsibilities and ensuring that all aspects of the bakery operation comply with NbC standards. This role serves as an important carrier of the NbC culture to reinforce core values and bring our brand to life for our team members and guests.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements
