Job summary

Panera Bread in Cape Coral, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy restaurant with passion and purpose. You will coach and develop the team, ensure top guest experiences, and drive store performance.

You bring at least 1 year of restaurant leadership (ServSafe preferred), flexible hours, and a commitment to safety and quality. This role offers growth, competitive pay, and strong benefits.

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• This role requires a background check.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
• Capable to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
• Clear communication for guests and staff in a loud environment.
