Tommy's Tavern + Tap Mt Laurel in New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Manager to support front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring superior guest service, adherence to policies, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, coach staff, manage schedules, conduct performance reviews, supervise payroll, and help open/close shifts while driving service quality and sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of high volume full service restaurant management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and guest service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure high performance.
• Schedule, coordinate, and assign activities to staff.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in managing front-of-house staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of service, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.
