Job summary

Sonic | Texas is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced restaurant setting, delivering outstanding guest experiences and overseeing daily operations and financial responsibilities.

You will empower staff, recruit and train, schedule and forecast needs, ensure cleanliness and food safety, and support the General Manager during busy periods with a Can Do attitude.

• Restaurant Operations: Ensure compliance with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies.
• Restaurant Operations: Demonstrate a readiness to assist the team during busy periods or as needed, showing a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help out with service, food preparation, and other day-to-day operations.
• Team Leadership: Participate in the recruitment and training of a diverse team to achieve and maintain high standards of operation.
