CC's Coffee House is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team, coaching and supporting colleagues while handling daily operations, labor, scheduling, coverage and waste control. You will conduct performance appraisals, assist in new-hire training, and uphold our culture and standards, with clear communication through pre-shift meetings and training materials.
