Wingstop is seeking an Assistant Manager in Spokane to partner with the General Manager and lead daily restaurant operations. You will develop your team, drive results, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include coaching Crew Members and Shift Leaders, recruiting and training new staff, and maintaining Wingstop standards for quality, safety, and service. This role offers growth into higher leadership positions within a growing organization.

• Monitor sales, labor, and overall restaurant performance
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and waste control

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop your team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Helping lead the overall operation of the restaurant and ensuring a great experience for every guest
• Coaching, developing, and motivating Crew Members and Shift Leaders
• Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members
• Leading shifts while maintaining Wingstop standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and speed
• Ensuring the restaurant is properly staffed and prepared for each shift
• Monitoring sales, labor, food quality, and overall restaurant performance
• Assisting with inventory management, ordering, product rotation, and waste control
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards
• Handling guest concerns professionally and finding positive solutions
• Supporting scheduling and staffing needs in partnership with the General Manager
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures
• Holding team members accountable to company standards while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment
• Identifying opportunities to improve restaurant operations and guest experiences
• Helping develop Shift Leaders and Crew Members into future restaurant leaders

• Have previous restaurant management, shift leadership, supervisory, retail, or hospitality experience

Previous Assistant Manager or restaurant management experience is preferred, but we're also excited to develop strong Shift Leaders who are ready for their next challenge.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service environment preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environment
• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable
