Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and shift leaders, ensuring smooth floor operations and brand standards.

You will help lead team meetings, train and certify staff, manage guest experiences, and assist with scheduling, inventory, and profitability within a Dunkin’-style franchise environment.

Position Title: Assistant Restaurant ManagerReports To: Restaurant ManagerOverview:An Assistant Restaurant Manager is generally responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders and Team.They performs all duties of the Restaurant Manager in their absence. Primary duties generally include floor operations, and Brand Training programs. Generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/ her team to deliver great friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales of a single restaurant.
