Job Title: Assistant Manager
Pay: $16.50-21.00/hour + tips
Location: Aurora, CO
Reports To: General Manager and/or Store Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Supervise the staff and run the shifts when the Store Manager and/or General Manager is not on duty; direct other employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to make sure that they have a satisfactory experience.
Valid Driver's License - must meet insurance underwriting requirements.

Ability to read, analyse, and clearly interpret general business operations in English.
