Job summary

Marcus Theatres in Wisconsin seeks a Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. This role covers nights, weekends, and holidays, with starting pay of $17.50 per hour.

You will coach associates to deliver exceptional guest service, supervise operations, and help maintain a safe, welcoming theatre experience. • Execute theatre systems and processes to keep operations running smoothly.
• Assist with hiring, training and associate development.
• Evaluate KPIs to drive guest satisfaction and results.
• Identify opportunities to raise brand awareness and drive traffic.
