Russo’s Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Assistant Banquet Maître d’ to support exceptional front-of-house service for weddings and corporate events. You will help manage guest flow, coordinate seating, supervise service staff, and uphold group service standards across all event phases.

With 1–3 years in hospitality, you will reinforce etiquette and presentation expectations while coordinating dining room operations and VIP experiences.

  • Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and hospitality.
  • Support seating coordination and guest flow management.
  • Oversee table assignments, seating arrangements, and reservation management.
  • Coordinate and supervise dining room operations, including table settings and ambiance.
  • Assist with pre-event inspections of room setup and service readiness.
  • Lead and organize Service Orientation.
  • Provide real-time operational support to banquet leadership.
  • Train and mentor new staff, ensuring understanding of service standards and safety procedures.

The Assistant Banquet Maître d’ supports the execution of exceptional front-of-house service for weddings, social events, and corporate functions.
