Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group, via Hosco, invites applications for a Restaurant Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager onboard in Miami. The ideal candidate has a strong background in F&B, 5-star hotel/resort experience, or other cruise lines, and will supervise restaurant personnel while ensuring guests' satisfaction with food quality and service.

You will lead staff, implement standards, manage schedules and training, and respond to guest celebrations and requests, with a focus on delivering a high-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 5–8 years hospitality/restaurant management experience; shipboard experience preferred.
• Excellent food and wine knowledge and experience in fine dining restaurants.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage international staff.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages (Spanish, Italian, French, German or Portuguese) are a plus.
• Strong planning, coaching, organizing, staffing, controlling and evaluating skills.
