Summary: To undertake maintenance duties, as directed by the Regional Maintenance and Supplies & Equipment Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance of buildings and grounds, including semi-skilled carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and other repair work that does not specifically require a licensed professional, e.g., electrician or plumber.
• Perform duties with minimal daily supervision.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule.
• Ensure reliable transportation, such as a truck, and possess all necessary/basic hand tools and power tools.
• Travel frequently, with expenses reimbursed, and occasionally stay overnight for outlying locations.
