Job summary

Campus Apartments is seeking an Dedicated Assistant Maintenance Technician to help keep our properties in excellent condition. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and focuses on cleanliness, curb appeal, and resident-facing service.

You will perform landscaping, general grounds care, and light maintenance tasks as assigned. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to follow directions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service and responding to residents or guests.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property.
• Conduct pruning, landscape maintenance, trimming, edging and mulching.
• Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas.
• Clean grounds and breezeways; assist with trash collection.
• Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather.
• Assist with pool and light maintenance as directed by supervisor.

The Assistant Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.

• Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance
• Trim, edge and mulch as directed
• Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas
• Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection
• Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
• Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
• Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently
