Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property.
Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance.
Trim, edge and mulch as directed.
Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas.
Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways, including trash collection.
Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather.
Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor.
Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor.
