Job description

We are looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring the property, grounds, and equipment are safe, orderly, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work as part of a team, provide excellent customer service, and take pride in their work.

1. Maintain grounds daily and perform snow removal during winter months when needed.
2. Complete apartment turns, work orders, and special projects in a timely manner.
3. Handle minor plumbing and other service requests.
4. Serve residents in a friendly, customer-oriented manner, ensuring timely completion of work orders.

The Maintenance Technician should have basic knowledge of plumbing, appliance repairs, and apartment turns. Availability for on-call emergencies is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
