Job summary

Blue Roc Premier is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. You will handle general maintenance across electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems to keep our multifamily communities running smoothly.

This role emphasizes safety, EPA compliance and clear communication with residents, vendors and supervisors. A valid driver's license and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment are required; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

HVAC 608 certification or equivalent.
EPA certification.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing and maintenance repairs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Experience in multi-family communities preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning, repairs, and upgrades.
Complete work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Comply with EPA regulations and property maintenance standards.
Maintain the overall appearance and curb appeal of the community.
Keep a clean and safe work area.
Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and supervisors.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
