Job summary

Hanover Company in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for Hanover Parkview, a luxury property in Montrose. You will oversee routine maintenance, coordinate make-readies, and ensure safety and quality standards across the site.

Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, completing service requests promptly, keeping logs, and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool equipment is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Lifting belt required.
• Own a personal set of tools.
• Knowledge of general maintenance and comfort with HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical, and pool equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Hanover Maintenance and Quality Assurance standards for safety and cleanliness during property walks and inspections.
• Complete required logs and weekly/monthly reporting in property management software.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with on-site duties including make-readies and minor repairs.
• Complete service requests and inspections promptly.
• Follow all safety programs and policies.
• Communicate on-call responsibilities via Hanover-issued device.
• Report liability problems or concerns immediately.
• Represent the property professionally in dress and manners.
• Coordinate with Global Service and Support Team to improve operations.
