Job summary

Legend Management Group seeks an Assistant Service Manager/Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee appearance and maintenance of our apartment community in Maryland. You will assist with apartment turns, repairs, preventative maintenance, and curb appeal, reporting to the Service Manager.

The role includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, managing turnover, and coordinating vendor relationships within budget. Strong customer service and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of facilities, residential, or multi-family maintenance experience; supervisory experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License.
• The ability to exert up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, use ladders and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work with the service and office team to provide exceptional customer service to residents and resolve maintenance issues.
• Lead by example and uphold standards and core values.
• Follow up on service requests to ensure completion and resident satisfaction.
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair issues.
• Maintain records of activity in the maintenance software system.
