We are seeking a Assistant Maintenance Supervisor who is a skilled technician capable of completing all service requests, including HVAC. The role focuses on resident satisfaction, assisting the supervisor, and participating in the on-call rotation for emergency requests.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and general maintenance issues.
- Communicate daily with the Maintenance Supervisor and accurately record service requests and unit make-readies.
- Complete make-ready turns within 7 days, meeting Bluecrest standards.
- Maintain adequate inventory of parts and supplies, using resources efficiently without compromising quality.
- Handle service requests and make-readies with professionalism, urgency, and thoroughness.
- Apply and expand your maintenance knowledge continually.
- Ensure the community’s appearance and resident satisfaction are maintained at high standards.
- Inspect and repair all community areas, adhering to health and safety procedures and implementing preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate with office staff to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Accurately complete records in Yardi and utilize Sparkle for inspections.
- Engage in Bluecrest’s culture of empowerment and transparency, providing feedback and participating in healthy debates with leadership.

Requirements
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician.
- Experience working in an apartment community.
- EPA Type II or Universal certification.
- CPO certification (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation to perform all duties.
