Legend Management Group is seeking an Assistant Service Manager/Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to help oversee the appearance and maintenance of our apartment communities in Maryland. You will assist the Service Manager with apartment turns, repairs, HVAC, preventive maintenance, and upkeep to sustain curb appeal.
Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance requests, managing records in our maintenance software, supervising make-readies, and working with vendors.

As our Assistant Service Manager/Assistant Maintenance Supervisor you will assist in overseeing the overall appearance and maintenance needs of our apartment community. You will assist the Service Manager with apartment turns, general maintenance repair, HVAC repairs, conduct preventative maintenance, and help maintain curb appeal. You will report to the Service Manager.
Salary Range: $28.62-$34.28/Hour based on experience with $5,000 annual bonus potential
