Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or related trades.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests from residents within 24 hours.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work.
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs on various systems and appliances.

Electrical and plumbing knowledge
