This position involves maintaining amenities and apartment interiors, preparing apartments for new residents, and maintaining occupied units.
This opportunity is ideal if you have experience with painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry. Knowledge of landscaping, irrigation troubleshooting, and community curb appeal maintenance is also required.
Candidates should have strong customer service skills, clear communication, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn new technology. Certifications for HVAC and pool maintenance may be required.
Pay is based on experience.
