An established industry player is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to ensure the smooth operation of hotel maintenance. This role involves close collaboration with senior management and leading a dedicated team. As our Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will work closely with the Chief Engineer, Rooms Division Manager, and senior Hotel Management to ensure the smooth day-to-day maintenance of our hotel, as well as assisting with refurbishment projects.
You should be an experienced all-rounder, comfortable working with guests, management, contractors, suppliers, and team members. Your responsibilities include managing faults and repairs, leading a team of Shift Maintenance Engineers, and ensuring the health and safety of colleagues and guests.
