The role emphasizes conveyors and robotics oversight, directing a team, coordinating morning briefings, and analyzing data to improve performance, uptime, and reliability across our site in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Education: 4-year degree OR 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance
• Experience: 3+ years in a leadership role, overseeing maintenance teams and programs
• Skills: Experience maintaining or overseeing conveyors and robotics.
