About the Role:

The Assistant Maintenance Chief plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of manufacturing equipment and facilities. This position involves supporting the Maintenance Chief in overseeing maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. The Assistant Maintenance Chief will collaborate with various departments to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. Minimum Qualifications:
