Job summary

The Marco Group is hiring a full-time production operator in Austin, TX. The role involves assisting in operating various production machines to meet specifications, while following safety rules and maintaining equipment readiness.

You may work on different machine types depending on production needs and shift assignments. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Basic comfort with mechanical applications to operate machines.
• Read and follow written instructions and perform simple arithmetic.
• Able to work independently or in teams while maintaining positive relations.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload materials into machines manually or with equipment.
• Move products, tools, and hoses to operate machines.
• Inspect materials during production and report defects.
• Maintain coating station mix level, pump pressure, and filter bags.
• Keep work area clean and safe; follow safety rules.
• Assist team with machine setup and line operations.
• Support supervisors in inspections and continuous learning.
